Once a marker is found, we carefully uncover it and place highly visible stakes so you can easily see your property layout.
Unofficial Findings Only This service consists solely of locating existing, visible, or magnetically detectable physical markers and pins on the property. This process does not constitute an official, legal, or certified land survey.
No Professional Surveyor Status The provider of this service is not a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (LPLS). No property lines are being legally established, verified, or guaranteed by this service.
Marker Integrity and Accuracy Physical markers, pins, stakes, and pipes can be shifted, removed, or improperly placed over time by weather, construction, or erosion. The detection of a marker does not guarantee that it represents the true, legal boundary of the property or its ablility to be located.
No Reliance for Construction or Disputes The client agrees not to rely on these findings for any of the following activities:
Erecting fences, walls, or permanent structures.
Pouring concrete or undertaking major landscaping.
Settling legal disputes with neighbors or municipal authorities.
Real estate transactions or property transfers.
Limitation of Liability The provider assumes no liability for any financial loss, property damage, legal disputes, or construction errors resulting from the use of this informational layout. For all legal, building, and permitting purposes, the client must hire a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor.
